T-EAM is a 100% black female-owned end-to-end support solutions company. T-EAM consists only of two black female co-owner who are highly committed and passionate. Leonora Paulsen and Mbali Tshabangu are the CEOs and are qualified in Psychology, Labour Relations, Industrial Relations and Forensics & Criminal Law, Accounting, Business Management and Auditing.

The company caters Business to Business (B-2-B) services to companies such as your corporate businesses, non-profit organizations; SME’s; QSE’s as well as government institutions. T-EAM partner with all clients to effectively enable them to focus on their top and bottom-line core generating activities, while we ensure seamless support services.

Our offering is formatted in the most suitable manner in the interest of Human Resource Policies and Procedures as well as your Industrial Relations. In addition to this T-EAM also includes Accounting Services, BBBEE Services, Forensics Investigations, Fraud Risk Management and Risk Management as well as Internal Auditing.

About the CEOs

Leonora Paulsen

Leonora Paulsen is one of the founders and CEO of T-EAM. Leonora has studied at the Rand Afrikaans University (RAU) now known as the University of Johannesburg (UJ). Leonora is qualified in the following: Psychology, Labour Law, H.R and IR, supplementary to this she gained her qualifications in Forensics and Criminal Law as well as Internal Auditing.

Leonora’s outstanding talent for assessing people’s needs comes from the experience she has gained throughout her working and business career. She is an asset to all her clients and shows dedication and commitment. By assisting with monitoring every client’s financial performance as well as designing policies and procedures and ensure that it is adhered to.

Leonora has the ability of a strong team-orientation with the ability to use own initiative. She obtained excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. Flexibility and ability to cope with change. In addition to this she has excellent organizational, planning skills and attention to detail. She has a detailed understanding of engineering a business with proven practical problem-solving skills, and teaches her client this too.

Leonora has a passion for empowering the youth. She is highly involved in the surplus/unclaimed benefits project, creating employment for our young community members. Leonora is now a force to be reckoned with and a proud member of Kofifi FM (community radio station) as she strives to always educate and inspire others.

Mbali Tshabangu is one of the founders and CEO of T-EAM.
